Simple enough to learn in minutes. Students tap in on a tablet, staff see who is here and for how long, and parents get a text the moment it is time for pickup.
Built at a working learning center. Big buttons, plain words and nothing to memorize, so anyone can use it on day one.

Every student who is here gets a live card with a timer. Cards turn gold when it is time to wrap up and red when a student runs over, so nobody has to watch a clock.
Create your own labels to group students, and set an optional time limit for each label to keep the room moving
Filter the room by group or label
Forgotten check-outs show up the next day, closed in one tap

Staff-only alerts
What staff need to know, kept off the kiosk.
Add short alerts like an allergy or a pickup restriction. They show up as red badges on the staff screen and never appear where students check in.
Name your own alert types, plus a free-text note for one-off reminders
Alerts also show inside session notes, so nothing gets missed

Phone scripts
Answers for whoever picks up the phone.
Nobody has to guess what to say. Your center starts with a ready-made script of 34 common calls. Fill in your own price, hours and address where you see a highlighted blank, then change or add anything you like.
Search by keyword instead of scrolling
Highlighted blanks show exactly what to fill in, and one tap lists every script that still needs your details

A parent sounds angry about anything
Stay calm and polite, let them know you'll get [Instructor] on the line, then place them on hold and escalate right away.
Student import
Bring your roster over in one step.
Export your students from your student system and choose that file. That is the whole job. There is nothing to delete, rename or retype, and the file does not need to be opened in Excel first.
Reads names, birthdays and a parent phone number, and leaves addresses and emails out
Pick the subjects once for the whole group, then adjust any student later
See every student in a preview before anything is saved
Names already on your roster are skipped, so a second import is safe
No export file? A plain spreadsheet with a name column works too.

Good questions
Does Gold Tally handle billing?
No. Gold Tally handles check-in, timers, notes, pickup texts and staff hours, so it works alongside whatever you already use to bill families. It also does not run payroll. It records your team's hours and exports them as a CSV for you or your payroll provider.
Can we schedule students by time slot?
Yes. Create your time slots, set how many students you can seat in each, and give every student their weekly times. You can see open seats for any day, and a list of who is expected today.
How does the staff time clock work?
Add your team once. Each person taps their name to clock in and taps again to clock out. Choose a date range and download shifts or totals as a CSV. If someone forgets to clock out, it shows up for you to fix.
Can we use it for aftercare or drop-in programs?
Yes. Turn off groups and timers in settings, and students simply check in and out.
How do pickup texts work?
A parent agrees to texts once. When a student is ready, staff tap one button and the parent gets a short message with a way to opt out.
What happens to our records if we cancel?
You can download your attendance records as a CSV at any time.
